4. Donations

All donations made through our platform are:

• Final and non-refundable (except in cases of fraud)
• Subject to verification and approval
• Eligible for 80G tax benefits as per Indian tax laws
• Transferred directly to verified beneficiaries

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Create fraudulent campaigns
• Misrepresent your identity or purpose
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or users. You may also close your account at any time.
